Faith-based Healing Facility

The Good Samaritan’s Inn was founded on the promise of
faith-based healing through the word of God, prayer,
and strong Christian counsel.

Psalms 107:20 says: He sent his word and healed them
and delivered them from their destruction.

We have a simple philosophy: when you accept Jesus Christ
as your personal savior, you gain the capacity to understand
the word of God.  Jesus said in St. John 6:63 “ The words
that I speak to you they are spirit and they are life.

Our aim is not to study the weaknesses of the old man
(the drug life) but to explore the possibilities of the New Man,
and to encourage people to see past their problems and
discover their life’s purpose.

Hoseah 4:6 says , “My people are destroyed for lack
of knowledge.”   By committing to God’s Grace and to
instruction in his word, you can grow your faith as the
Bible says in Romans 10:17.

“For whatsoever is born of God overcomes the world:
and this is the victory that overcomes the world,  
even your faith.”  1 John 5:4-5

We know that people need to be free from the bondage of
drugs and dependence. When faith-based healing occurs, they
experience not a “New Leaf” but a “New Life.” We do not ignore
the drug problems that confront us – far from it! - but we know
there are alternatives, and we know how to show the victims
of this scourge how to escape their bondage.

Lives are more often changed by what they start,
than by what they quit!
